Have you filed for your Homestead Exemption?
Homestead is a big tax exemption that we can all qualify for on our primary residence. If you purchased a home in 2020, you’ll need to file before April 30th 2021.
Don’t worry about any existing exemptions, as they will automatically drop. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t pop in and check on things, as errors can occur in any system.
