Meet Katy Webb

Our very own Katy Webb is appropriately nicknamed “Sunshine,” and if you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting her, you quickly learned why.  She exudes light and joy, and shares that everywhere she goes.

Katy is originally from Fort Lewis, Washington, but grew up in Burleson, TX.  She loves playing the piano, softball, and painting. That beautiful creative brain allows for endless problem-solving in an ever-changing industry, and her sporty side makes her just tough enough to get it done.

Katy lives in Fort Worth, and  has two sons, Moss (6) and Tusk (4), “who bring me so much joy I could burst. Not only do they love me so well, they are genuinely kind and good kids.”  Katy’s other “kids” are Fey, the Cocker Spaniel/Australian Shepherd mix that she has had for the last 12 years, and Muffin,  a hilariously feisty yet snuggly kitten who was a lovely gift for Mother’s Day this past year.

Katy is a jack of all trades.  She was a writer at a mom and pop’s Volkswagen repair shop for 5 years, a Salon Coordinator for 10 years, and she has been a Realtor for the past 3 years. She has found her passion in Real Estate, and finds joy in it every day.  The common denominator in all of those jobs has been her genuine ability to connect with people and build relationships; a huge asset in using her as your Realtor.

Katy loves living in such an “Art Centered” town. She and her family enjoy memberships to the “#1 Zoo in the Nation,” ALL the shows (musicals, Broadway, symphony, concerts), Science/History/Art/Culture Museums. ALL the local coffee shops, bakeries, antique malls, tea rooms, gardens and bike trails, and cheering on the Texas Rangers! She loves playing at the lake, and spending time with her siblings and family. She is also an avid KickBoxer, and loves going to the Theatre.  We can’t forget her favorite restaurant, Bombay Grill.

If Katy’s life were made into a movie, it would be called, “My Fair Katy,” because it would obviously be a musical!
